40th Anniversary of the Punk Rock Movement
To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Punk Rock movement‘Punk Art’ have put together a mixed media exhibition of collagesand prints called ‘The Class Of 76’. Featuring the first wave of bandsthat created what we now recognise as the last great rebellion, where music and fashion youth culture collided for the first and last time.The groups featured in the show are the instigators of this movement.Sex Pistols, The Clash, The Damned, Siouxsie And The Banshees,The Buzzcocks, Generation X and The Stranglers.Artist Mal-One’s work has been pulled together for the first timefor this show which we are sure will be a highlight of the 40th celebrations.
